All of our themes and templates come packaged with a PDF document containing highly detailed instructions for installing and configuring your theme.  The document that comes packaged with your theme is your handy go-to guide for all the technical aspects of using your theme.

We plan to post this documentation on the web in the near future.  For now, please refer to the document provided with your theme download.
